Ice-T: "Respect to Soren Baker for documenting the history of gangster rap in these pages. Some hate it. Some love it. But you can’t deny its brutal, hardcore honesty." The D.O.C.: "History has so often been written by the victors, that you very rarely ever get the real story behind anything. So it’s really important to hear from the people that were there, which is exactly what Soren Baker shares in this book. He writes about it and he’s honest about it." Xzibit: "Hip-hop changed the world. Gangster rap changed the narrative, and then changed the world again. Soren Baker has been a very integral part of documenting hip-hop on the West Coast for as long as I can remember. I don’t think anybody is more qualified to write this book." Leslie “Big Lez” Segar: "Soren Baker has changed the perspective of gangster rap by putting his pen to paper. He has given hip-hop power, proven its potential, and made non-believers contemplate all of its possibilities. The truth in his writing leaves no stone unturned, something he's done again with The History of Gangster Rap. Soren doesn’t just champion hip-hop. He also reveals its flaws and its truths." ★ Soren Baker https://www.amazon.com/author/sorenbaker https://twitter.com/sorenbaker https://www.instagram.com/sorenbaker/ ★ Unique Access Ent. http://uniqueaccessent.com/ https://twitter.com/uniqueaccessent https://www.instagram.com/uniqueacces...

The concept of “Rocking The Crowd” seems to have been lost over time. Not just anyone can stand up in front of an audience, show no fear, and have them eating out of the palm of your hand. That takes confidence, and charisma, it’s not all about you walking back & forth onstage, rhyming into the microphone when it comes to a live show. You feel like an idiot standing up there trying to “entertain” everyone. People don’t get that part of it.

Soren Baker has forgotten more than Vlad will ever know yet Vlad gets millions of views. Typical hip hop where talent gets overlooked for bullshit

Cessamillia??? You’re confusing terms. The correct term is Sinsemilla and it’s not low tier. Sinsemilla is a Spanish word meaning “without seed”. Unseeded weed is considered superior. Cess on the other hand is a slang term for low-grade, nasty, seeded weed that is inferior. Think of the word “cesspool”. Hope that helps.

Hey Soren, I have been trying to get R.A. to write a book for at least a year. One time he told me too get somebody to help him write it. I asked my buddy Big Herc if he knew anybody, a writer or editor, and he said Soren Baker. I didn’t know where I knew the name from, and he told me you wrote the book The History Of Gangster Rap, which I previously bought from his website. R.A. in turn said that he actually knew you. I seriously thought he was going to write this book about his life. He stopped replying to my book inquiries. Can you please talk this man into writing this book. Make sure he puts my name in it somewhere too, thanks. If anybody checks these notices, please forward this message to Soren Baker.

Legends Never Die. I Met R.A. and Killah Priest years ago in high school in like 09/2010 they did a show at what's actually now a payday loan store that was then called The Bank Lounge. I actually got a pic with KP but I was tryna talk to R.A. after introductions in the crowd once he entered the building for his set but I never got the chance cause he first pushed some broad out his way that was all up in his shit tryna get an autograph he basically asked the broad if she could name just one R.A. song he would give her the autograph and this ditzy bitch was straight up dumbfounded like " uh buuhhh uduhhh" he was like yeah exactly look at yourself your an embarrassment to your little friends over here, NEXT! Hahahaha man, never talked to him still wish I got to kick that conversation to this very day man. Keep it Rugged !!!!

The thing I like most about R.A. isn't just that he's got talent but he seems like the kind of guy you would want to invite to a BBQ and just listen to his stories he's probably got lots of interesting experiences and stories with all the different artists he's worked with.
